Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to prevent future recurring charges.

8. Privacy & Personal Responsibility. While we work hard to protect your information, you remain responsible for deciding what personal details you choose to share with other members. We strongly recommend avoiding the sharing of passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal details with individuals you have recently met online.

9. Offline Meetings & Personal Safety. Real Heart Connect connects individuals online, but any meetings outside the platform occur entirely at your own discretion and risk. We encourage members to meet in public places, inform trusted friends or family of their plans, and prioritize personal safety during every in-person meeting. Real Heart Connect is not responsible for the actions or behavior of members outside the platform.

10. Service Availability. We continually improve our services and may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
